October 3, 2022 University of North Carolina-Charlotte had a dangerous incident last week. A male student was discovered sitting in the Student Union Bldg. wearing a turban and carrying a large knife called a “kirpan.” People near the student called 911. MLB Star Tatis Suspended for 80 Games!
Fernando Tatis, Jr. is a 23-year-old baseball player from the Dominican Republic. He plays shortstop for the San Diego Padres. He began his MLB career in 2019. In 2021 the Padres signed him to a 14-year, $340 million contract. That is the 3rd highest contract in MLB history.
